a.       Make sure that you put QUESTION in the subject line

b.      Type your question (only one question); try to be specific and clear as possible.

Example:  “I am confused about how ATP is formed by chemiosmosis; can you explain it to me?”

a.       Log in to PayPal and send a $10 payment to drknauss@live.com.  Please make sure that you do this as soon as possible.  If you do not have a PayPal account, go to https://www.paypal.com/

2.       Once I receive the email, I will check with PayPal to confirm payment.

3.       Within 48 hours, I will send you an answer email that will contain a detailed response that will specifically address your question. 

4.  You have an option to respond to my answer email to either confirm your understanding of the information or to ask an additional question regarding the immediate topic.

5. Within 48 hours, I will send you a final response.
